Care/Nursing homes pose significant risks due to the very nature of their business and residents. Residents can often have access to naked flames and combustible materials.
Add to this the fact that the residents can often be immobile, confused or infirm, requiring assistance from limited staffing. It is important that people know exactly what to do to keep everyone safe.
We can provide a trainer controlled gas simulator to train the delegates using a “real fire” and extinguishers to give delegates a greater knowledge of the extinguishers uses and capabilities.

Certificate Renewal:
We recommend re-training every 3 years as a maximum. You may however be required to carry out training more frequently depending on the risk assessment or insurance for your property.
Max Delegates:
There is no minimum group size, we do however look to have a maximum of around 12 – 15 people. We can cater for larger groups, to do this we can provide further trainers.
