This one-day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills.

Provides a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces.

Designed to update the skills of delegates wishing to renew their existing 3 day-First Aid at Work Certificate

Suitable for people who care for children in any professional environment.

Focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants.

Teaches appropriate Basic Life Support and the safe and effective use of the Automated External Defibrillator. Suitable for all employees in the workplace.

Provides first aiders with an opportunity to practise and update their skills as a qualified first aider.

At 1st Choice training, all our trainers come from a wide range of backgrounds from the fire service, ambulance service, NHS and military. So you can be assured our staff have had hands-on experience with the practices they are teaching.

All courses can be offered as a certificate of attendance or as Ofqual qualifications.
